This is the moment music superstars Sir Paul McCartney, Jon Bon Jovi and Jimmy Buffett took to the stage at a glamorous fundraiser for presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton.

The trio serenaded the crowd with the Beatles classic Hey Jude while both Hillary and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, danced with other guests at the bash in the Hamptons.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3746048/Why-secrecy-Hillary-Clinton-meets-Paul-McCartney-closed-doors-doesn-t-allow-photographers-in.html

Hillary Clinton held court with Sir Paul McCartney in Cleveland, Ohio, today, and there's now a photo to prove it.

Reporters and photographers traveling with her weren't allowed inside the off-the- books meeting.

An aide to Clinton's campaign said the meeting between two friends and therefore it occurred privately.

McCartney later sent out a professional photograph of himself and Clinton on Twitter that was captioned with, 'She's with me.' Clinton's campaign slogan.

Hillary Clinton challenges Donald Trump to three scheduled debates

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/hillary-clinton-challenges-donald-trump-to-three-scheduled-debates/

Hillary Clinton is challenging Donald Trump to attend all three presidential debates that are scheduled for this fall.

"Secretary Clinton looks forward to participating in all three presidential debates scheduled by the independent debate commission. With so much at stake in the fall elections, she believes these debates will provide the American people with an important opportunity to hear from the candidates on issues critical to the country's future," Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta said in a statement Monday.

Podesta continued by blasting the GOP presidential nominee for recently complaining about the scheduling of the debates and how they might conflict with NFL games.

"It is concerning that the Trump campaign is already engaged in shenanigans around these debates. It is not clear if he is trying to avoid debates, or merely toying with the press to create more drama," Podesta said. "Either way, our campaign is not interested in playing along with a debate about debates or bargaining around them."

50 Former National Security Officials Say Trump 'Not Qualified to Be President'

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/50-national-security-officials-trump-qualified-president/story?id=41215597

Fifty former national security officials whose careers span more than four decades released a letter today critical of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, stating that they would not vote for the real estate mogul in November.

The statement — signed by a former director of the CIA and National Security Agency, ex-secretaries of homeland security and former top aides and advisers for the White House, State Department and Department of Justice, among others — is the latest in a series of public rebukes of Trump’s capacity to guide the nation’s defense and foreign policy by former government leaders.

“Donald Trump is not qualified to be president and commander-in-chief,” reads the letter. “Indeed, we are convinced that he would be a dangerous president and would put at risk our country’s national security and well-being.”

I do not trust him with anything he is a big risk to our country I cant believe anybody would even think about voting for Trump

In Grand Rapids, Kaine tries to connect with voters.........

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Western Michigan on Friday greeted its second vice-presidential candidate in the past 10 days as Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) popped by to rally the Democratic faithful and, perhaps, make a play for disaffected Republicans uneasy with either party’s standard-bearer.

Kaine didn’t make quite as much news as his Republican counterpart, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, who used his speech here last week to shore up the GOP ticket’s evangelical support by highlighting how much he and presidential nominee Donald Trump hope to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Kaine’s job, by contrast, was to show up in a corner of a key Midwestern state that, in the Democratic primary, gave Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) his largest margins of victory — largely with the area’s the white working class.

Here in Mich nothing is a sure thing advertising is needed beside phone banking... buttons.. tees... bumper stickers to buy....at the camp office not just online .....to get out the vote...we had people come up to us before why we are voting for this candidate,by wearing their tees you tell them why your voting for this candidate if they are not voting for your candidate you just might change a voters mind to vote for your candidate,so advertisement is just as important that is needed to as I do in my art......

Some we talked to did not know they had to use their own phone which most have certain GB limit plans and don't want unwanted numbers on their cell not sure how it works ......unless the office has WiFi to tap in to they would be using their GB which most plans are limited.......
but when we did it yrs back it was on their landline phones ,it is surely different from when we did it...

For us we enjoyed to listen to Tim..she made a great choice......

Bernie Sanders: I support Hillary Clinton. So should everyone who voted for me

The conventions are over and the general election has officially begun. In the primaries, I received 1,846 pledged delegates, 46% of the total. Hillary Clinton received 2,205 pledged delegates, 54%. She received 602 superdelegates. I received 48 superdelegates. Hillary Clinton is the Democratic nominee and I will vigorously support her.

Donald Trump would be a disaster and an embarrassment for our country if he were elected president. His campaign is not based on anything of substance — improving the economy, our education system, healthcare or the environment. It is based on bigotry. He is attempting to win this election by fomenting hatred against Mexicans and Muslims. He has crudely insulted women. And as a leader of the “birther movement,” he tried to undermine the legitimacy of our first African American president. That is not just my point of view. That’s the perspective of a number of conservative Republicans.

In these difficult times, we need a president who will bring our nation together, not someone who will divide us by race or religion, not someone who lacks an understanding of what our Constitution is about.

On virtually every major issue facing this country and the needs of working families, Clinton’s positions are far superior to Trump’s. Our campaigns worked together to produce the most progressive platform in the history of American politics. Trump’s campaign wrote one of the most reactionary documents.

go for it .......glad your with us

If elected president, would Donald Trump defend our NATO allies if attacked as we’re obligated to by Article 5 of the NATO treaty?

“If they fulfill their obligations to us, the answer is yes,” the GOP nominee said last month.

Trump complained about our allies not meeting their financial obligations and questioning our need to protect him. Certainly, he’d hold himself to same obligation.

Trump is the first major party presidential nominee in generations who won’t release his tax returns. He won’t release them, he says, because they’re being audited, though he could. He won’t release returns from 2008 and before which he admits are not being audited because they’re “linked.”

Now he says that he won’t release his returns because they cost Mitt Romney the presidency, a theory that no other analyst seems to share and directly contradicts Trump’s general argument that Romney lost because he “choked.”

He’s not even meeting his own obligation to release his taxes, which is something he promised about two dozen times.

Such a con......

We went to see Tim Kaine in our hometown most of the 15min he talk about Trump so why not who ever stands in Hillary's way to win as Trump or what ever (R) or media gives us hard time for Hillary I 'll fight back....to just like Tim

ELECTORAL MAP: Hillary Clinton is on track for a blowout win in November

http://www.businessinsider.com/electoral-college-hillary-clinton-trump-uva-2016-8

ELECTORAL MAP: Hillary Clinton is on track for a blowout win in November

An Electoral College map released Thursday from the University of Virginia Center for Politics projected Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton winning the November election by a landslide.

UVA altered its map to reflect recent changes in the likely political leanings of certain states, but Clinton still easily came out on top.

Larry Sabato, the director of the UVA Center for Politics, described what he said made the map different from most polls, which reflect the more fickle tendencies of the electorate. The UVA electoral map focused on "the electoral fundamentals and fixed elements of politics that predetermine most votes, especially partisanship, demographics, and strong forces shaping the political landscape."

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump saw a brief bump in the polls after the party's convention in July, but that lead slipped as Clinton regained ground after the Democrats' convention the following week.
