The "smoking gun"

We keep hearing about how there's an absence of a smoking gun. And, to date, that appears to be true.

There's a long investigation ahead for Robert Mueller and his team to conduct. That said, I remain hopeful (actually, confident) that some other HUGE piece of evidence will emerge in the meantime. Let's face it, Trump and the coterie have not proven to be very adept at covering their tracks. It's surely a matter of time until something major is uncovered, and it won't be nuanced. It won't leave us speculating as to its true meaning. It won't be subject to interpretation.

These stumble bums in the White House are nefarious but incompetent. Their vile deeds will rise to the surface. The truth will be their undoing and we should take comfort in knowing they cannot keep it cloaked for long.

Trump might withdraw U.S. from United Nations Human Rights Council!

He's out of control. Negotiation tactics or not, he's a god damn bull in a china shop. By the way, when does Congress and the Senate get a chance to debate such drastic measures?


The United States is expected to signal on Tuesday that it might withdraw from the United Nations Human Rights Council unless reforms are ushered in including the removal of what it sees as an "anti-Israel bias", diplomats and activists said.

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley, who holds cabinet rank in President Donald Trump's administration, said last week Washington would decide on whether to withdraw from the Council after its three-week session in Geneva ends this month.

Under Trump, Washington has broken with decades of U.S. foreign policy by turning away from multilateralism. His decision to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement last week drew criticism from governments around the world.

The Council's critical stance of Israel has been a major sticking point for its ally the United States. Washington boycotted the body for three years under President George W. Bush before rejoining under Barack Obama in 2009.

Bear breaks into home and "plays" piano

In our continuing coverage of #BearWatch2017, we travel all the way from the recent sighting in Doylestown to Colorado, where a bear was caught on tape taking a short musical break during a home invasion.

According to a local FOX affiliate, homeowners in the town of Vail recently returned to find their place trashed. After reviewing security footage, they discovered a bear had entered through an open window.

What was recorded is possibly one of the most eerie videos you will ever see of a bear. Per FOX 32:

A security camera was rolling as the bear roamed around the living room. At one point, you can see the bear get up on the piano and look outside, striking the keys as it peered out the window. The bear continued into the kitchen and into a bedroom.
