Mexicans create hashtag #TrumpNoEresBienvenido against Trump's visit. Protests planned

Trump's visit to the unpopular Mexican President's office is creating backlash on social media and protests are being already planned:

#TrumpNoEresBienvenido translates into "Trump You are not welcome".

Heads up: Wisconsin poll to be released later today

A new poll will be released later today by the Marquette University polling team.
This pollster is prestigious and polls both landlines and cell phones, so the results should be credible.

The poll will be released at 12:15, and I assume this is Wisconsin time https://twitter.com/MULawPoll/status/770720958265065472

Context: Obama won WI by 7% against Romney

Clinton's lead actually just went UP a bit in the YouGov poll

Nobody seems to have noticed that Hillary's lead vs. Trump went from 3% to 5% in a two-way race and from 4 to 5% in a four-way in the latest Yougov poll released today: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/general_election_trump_vs_clinton-5491.html#polls

Which pollsters will be discredited into oblivion on November 8th?

As you may remember, Gallup and Rasmussen performed so badly in forecasting the 2012 presidential election that:

1) Gallup quit polling election races at all, out of embarrassment.
2) Rasmussen lost all credibility, to the point that even right-wingnuts won't quote it.

This time around, some pollsters will certainly be so far off the actual results that they will never be able to recover from the embarrassment.

Which pollsters will it be, in your opinion?

Reuters poll under fire. It assumes "highest white male turnout in decades", NYT expert says

Nate Cohn of the New York Times criticizes Reuters poll based on the fact that it "has highest white male turnout in decades, lowest hispanic/youth turnout in decades".

Turns out Mexico's President invited BOTH Hillary and Trump

But the media is only reporting the invitation to the latter, as if to create the impression that the Mexican President prefers Trump.

See the translation of paragraph 2 from this news article in the Universal of Mexico:

"In recent days, Pres. @EPN Invited both US presidential candidates to a dialogue on the bilateral relationship between Mexico and the US. Mister @realDonaldTrump has accepted this invitation and will meet tomorrow in private with President @EPN" says the tweet of the Presidency of the Republic.

Is anyone else nervous that a Republican is in charge of fighting election hacking?

I am.
It is up to Republican James Comey to detect Russian election tampering aimed at stealing the election from a Democrat.
Scary.

What's with Amy Chozick and her constant anti-Clinton hit jobs?

Are they grooming her to be the next Maureen Dowd?

Debbie poised for "big win", says NPR

But i read a headline from a linkbait-loving site that the race is "down to the wire". Which is it?

Russian hackers targeted Arizona election system

Source: Washington Post

Hackers targeted voter registration systems in Illinois and Arizona, and the FBI alerted Arizona officials in June that Russians were behind the assault on the election system in that state.

The bureau described the threat as “credible” and significant, “an eight on a scale of one to 10,” Matt Roberts, a spokesman for Arizona Secretary of State Michele Reagan (R), said Monday. As a result, Reagan shut down the state’s voter registration system for nearly a week.

It turned out that the hackers had not compromised the state system or even any county system. They had, however, stolen the username and password of a single election official in Gila County.

Roberts said FBI investigators did not specify whether the hackers were criminals or employed by the Russian government. Bureau officials on Monday declined to comment, except to say that they routinely advise private industry of cyberthreats detected in investigations.

They stole the username password of a county election official. Vladimir Putin is a very dangerous man.
