The Nightmare
Donald Trump is elected POTUS on November 8, 2016. On December 9, the judge in the rape case regarding the 13-year-old child in New York gives the approval for it to go forward. Given all the accusations of sexual misconduct on Trump's part over the last week, this girls case looks much stronger than it did a month ago.
Would the electoral college vote for Trump and make him POTUS, since at this point it is still only an accusation. If Trump is elected President by the electoral college and is convicted (?), he could not be impeached. The Constitution of the United States only allows a President to be impeached and removed from office for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". The case is not a criminal action but only a civil one, so legally there is no crime.
Donald Trump has proved he will not resign, no matter what the cost or damage to the institution he is serving in. The POTUS would be a Child Rapist. This is another reason Donald Trump must not be elected POTUS.

When there is a pattern, assumptions can be made based on it. These can be assumed to be true until proven otherwise. There have been many instances brought to light of Donald Trump not paying people and companies the amounts he was obliged to pay under the contract. The following is from the first debate between Clinton and Trump -
" CLINTON: I have met a lot of the people who were stiffed by you and your businesses, Donald. I've met dishwashers, painters, architects, glass installers, marble installers, drapery installers, like my dad was, who you refused to pay when they finished the work that you asked them to do.
We have an architect in the audience who designed one of your clubhouses at one of your golf courses. It's a beautiful facility. It immediately was put to use. And you wouldn't pay what the man needed to be paid, what he was charging you to do...
TRUMP: Maybe he didn't do a good job and I was unsatisfied with his work..."
Note there is no denial to the claim that he paid people less then the amount agreed to in the contract. It was an arbitrary unilateral decision on Donald's part; not the result of any court case or arbitration or any other public, on the record process.
Taxes are the price you pay for civilization; infrastructure and protection. As stated in the United States Construction, this is paid for a government that would "establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity". Like his other financial obligation, Donald Trump feels it is smart not to pay the full amount due. Once again from the debate -
"CLINTON: We know the IRS has made clear there is no prohibition on releasing it when you're under audit. So you've got to ask yourself, why won't he release his tax returns? And I think there may be a couple of reasons. First, maybe he's not as rich as he says he is. Second, maybe he's not as charitable as he claims to be.
Third, we don't know all of his business dealings, but we have been told through investigative reporting that he owes about $650 million to Wall Street and foreign banks. Or maybe he doesn't want the American people, all of you watching tonight, to know that he's paid nothing in federal taxes, because the only years that anybody's ever seen were a couple of years when he had to turn them over to state authorities when he was trying to get a casino license, and they showed he didn't pay any federal income tax.
TRUMP: That makes me smart."
Please Mr Trump, if you are so smart, please tell us how we are to pay for the police and firefighters who protect your property? How are we to build the roads and airports that enable people to travel to your casinos and hotels which are the source of your income.
Less then a week after the first debate, it was reported that this genius of a businessman (according to Rudy Giuliani) somehow lost 916-million-dollars (almost a billion dollars) in 1995. Under the Untied States tax law, this meant he could choose not to pay federal income taxes for up to eighteen years. No matter, if he paid his taxes or not, I am sure the American people would not want someone who could lose close to a billion dollars in one year, be responsible for the American economy.
But given Donald Trump's pattern of behavior, there is a very important question that must be answered by this man who wants to be the next President of the United States. IS DONALD TRUMP A CROOK? This can not be answered without the ability to examination his tax returns. Mr Trump's pattern of behavior is to minimize the amount he pays for anything. It does not matter if it is goods and services he purchases or perhaps a tax bill. Looked at individually, this may be unethical but not illegal, but taken together they may be illegal, and make Donald Trump a crook.
In calculating his Tax Bill, did Donald Trump use what he really paid for Goods and Services, or did he use the amount reflected in his contract, which he did not pay. For example - Philadelphia cabinet-builder Edward Friel landed a $400,000 contract to build the bases for slot machines, registration desks, bars and other cabinets at Harrah's at Trump Plaza. The amount due in the final bill was $83,600. This money was never paid. Since the 1980s, the amounts Donald Trump has been accused of not paying range from a $75,000 claim by a Plainview, N.Y., air conditioning and heating company to a $1 million claim from the president of a New York City real estate banking firm. On just one project, Trump’s Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, records released by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission in 1990 show that at least 253 subcontractors were not paid in full.
This may be unethical, but I am not sure if by itself it is illegal. But I do know if in determining his tax liability, Trump used the amount he had to pay under the contract, rather then the amount he actually paid, this would be illegal. This would increase the expenses and turn a profit into a loss. It would also increase the claimed value of Real Estate, which he could then claim a deduction for as depreciation in future years. It would be the way a billionaire would pay no taxes. It would make him a crook.
The only way Trump could prove he is not a crook, is by releasing his tax returns.

This is one of the most important elections in our lifetimes.
The White House and our Republican Senate majority, the ideological balance of the U.S. Supreme Court and the future of the conservative agenda for America’s next generation are all at stake this year.
If the Democrats win, a President Hillary Clinton and a Democrat-run Senate will transform the Supreme Court into a rubber stamp for their leftist agenda.
This would be an absolute nightmare.
This election is so important.
We only have 6 weeks left until Election Day.

Yea, he sums it up very nicely. This is why we must all vote and work as hard as we can to elect Hillary and a Democratic Senate in six weeks. Even if you don't like her, think of the alternative.
