I remember that in the books, it ran away, but she was somehow still psychically connected to it. I can't remember if the show even went there.

Something that could really put them in their place and PROVE, once and for all, that they are fraudulent "fake news". No one would believe their liberal lies ever again.
I'm thinking, like... I don't know... some official document showing how much money he made, and maybe even--I know this sounds crazy--how much tax he paid. Maybe a document that is produced on a yearly basis, so that he can prove the NYT wrong over multiple years. Wouldn't that show those bastards!
If only such a document existed, it could really save Trump's ass right now, squelching the worldwide impression that he's really just a broke, worthless bum. But I don't think such a document does exist, and that's too bad.

My wife and I saw Apollo 11 yesterday.
It was a literally breathtaking movie. I was crying at the end.
How in the hell did we go from accomplishing that to being an entire nation of science-denying, PROUDLY ignorant dumbfucks?

Arrest the people who hire undocumented workers. It's just that simple.
Let the punishment fit the crime. Did you and your wife hire an undocumented nanny because you both have to work full-time? We understand. That's 40 hours of community service for you. Thanks for helping to clean up our nation's beautiful highways on the weekends, and don't let it happen again.
Are you a builder who hired a crew of eight undocumented laborers to help you build homes? Well, that's a little more serious. Thirty days in jail for you. Spend your month contemplating the idea that crime does not pay.
Are you the owner of a factory who knowingly hired 100 undocumented workers in your operation? Oh, wow. That's pretty bad. Six months in real, my-toilet-is-also-my-sink, prison is for you. May you serve as an example to others, and may God have mercy on your soul.
This would solve the "immigration crisis" overnight. Workers simply won't come here if there is nobody here hiring them. Even Bob and Madge, our dual-income parents, will think twice about hiring an undocumented nanny if picking up shattered beer bottles along Interstate 10 is in their near future.
You never, ever, hear this discussed in our mainstream media. Because the "immigration crisis" is bullshit. And The Wall is even more bullshit.
Trump is a hijacker who has started shooting the hostages.
And then blames the cops for not meeting his ransom demands.
Once, just ONCE, I want to hear the media ask him...
If he's never heard of a fucking ladder. Or a shovel.
Because I'm thinking there's a better than 50:50 chance that Mr. Delicate Tiny Hands has never seen or touched either of them, and he has absolutely no clue how they work.
