There was $741B spent in fiscal 2016 but that was both Welfare and Medicade combined. Well my my....Trump and his tax break for the rich club could dig a HELL of alot deeper than just gutting medicade and really dumping on welfare. As mentioned they have $741 BILLION $$$ to play with.
