Anything I'm forgetting? Next wk. calls to my Congress pp.: No AHCA, No Sabotaging AHA,

Revoke Kushner sec. clearance immediately, No tax reform with cuts to the wealthy, No budget reductions to Planned Parenthood, Meals on Wheels, Disability, Medicaid, etc. etc., No infrastructure improvements if Trump gives work to his cronies and/or debtors,

Please add. I, again, implore all DU'ers to at least call their Repub Senators and Rep. (all of mine are...) Please don't relent!

BTW, I realize Jared's sec. clearance isn't under their perview. However, I certainly like them to know what I think.

Explain why Democrats in Congress keep saying it's "too soon" to be discussing impeachment?!!!

-Obstruction of Justice (evidence in public, FFS)

-Potential Abuse of Power ( traitor giving top secret intel to Russians in Oval Office - jeopardizing National Security and our ally(s)) Also, now public.

What's the strategy? IMO, at this point we look weak by not calling a spade a spade. Hell I'm aware the rethugs won't do it but the Dems in Congress need to not confuse the citizens by saying it's too soon. It gives the appearance that our traitor isn't guilty of impeachable offenses.

How long can this runaway train (leaks, thank God) keep going? Seriously, are we to wait another year(s) for Special Counsel to wrap this up in a bow? The impeachable evidence is public. Show Americans that the rethugs, once again, are aiding and abetting an enemy of the U.S. when they don't vote for impeachment in the House.

Mueller, FBI, and congressional committees can continue investigations into Russian cyberops, money/financial crimes, etc. Then they can actually indict traitor tiny hands once he's impeached as long as the statue of limitations hasn't expired.

If you feel as I do, call your Dems in Congress. I am.

I believe it's time to pass Special/Indep. Prosecutor and go straight to IMPEACHMENT

The FBI will continue their counterintelligence and financial crimes investigation. Meanwhile, there's enough to introduce Articles of Impeachment in the House and then let Senate investigate Impeachment. (Obstruction of Justice (Comey) and violation of Oath of Office (disclosing classified info to Russians last week).)

When I called my congress members today, I didn't even mention independent prosecutor again. I said above.

"this may well be a violation of the President’s oath of office. Questions of criminality aside, we turn to the far more significant issues: If the President gave this information away through carelessness or neglect, he has arguably breached his oath of office. As Quinta and Ben have elaborated on in some detail, in taking the oath President Trump swore to “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States” and to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” to the best of his ability. It’s very hard to argue that carelessly giving away highly sensitive material to an adversary foreign power constitutes a faithful execution of the office of President."

I am so disgusted hearing pundits and/or congress say, "We are not quite there yet". Bullshit

Does anyone know if Anthony Weiner has ever been indicted or cleared for sexting with a 15 yr old

girl? I haven't. If not, why not? I would think this would not be a labor intensive investigation, the chats/images would be fairly easy to recover, especially on her computer.

Was just reading this article, The Problems With the FBI’s Email Investigation Went Well Beyond Comey, and realized I've never heard what happened to Weiner.
(Note: this article was a collaboration between ProPublica and The New Yorker)

"The Daily Mail story raised the possibility of serious criminal charges for Weiner. If he had encouraged an underage female to take explicit photos or video of herself, he could be charged with producing child pornography, a felony that carries a minimum prison term of fifteen years. F.B.I. agents in New York immediately began investigating."

Also, interesting back story:
"Three years earlier, Leathers had earned notoriety as Anthony Weiner’s most famous sexting partner. Leathers, then a twenty-three-year-old college student, had come forward, at first anonymously, with details about her online relationship with the disgraced former congressman, who had gone by the screen name Carlos Danger. Leathers’s story inspired countless tabloid headlines and ended Weiner’s political comeback as a candidate for mayor of New York City. Leathers quickly cashed in, selling her story to tabloid media, letting “Inside Edition” record her cosmetic-surgery makeover, starring in porn films, and charging for phone sex and Webcam services.

The messages Leathers received in 2016 were from someone who identified herself as a fifteen-year-old in North Carolina. The sender said she had been sexting with Weiner, but Leathers was skeptical. “I just thought it was a crazy person,” she told me.
Leathers changed her mind after the girl sent screen shots from months of exchanges with the former congressman. The teen-ager wanted to go public, but Leathers urged her to call the police instead. “I don’t claim to be a morality queen,” Leathers said. “I don’t care if he was sexting another adult. But, if it’s a child, it’s another story. I felt a little protective of her.”
After it became clear that the teen-ager was determined to tell her story, Leathers said she shifted to “damage control.”

“How can I at least make you some money?” she said she asked the teen-ager. “I basically said, ‘The only way you should do this is if they pay you.’ Certain outlets will pay you to talk, and I had made deals with a lot of them.” Leathers’s agent alerted dailymail.com, the online version of a British tabloid with which she’d previously done business. Both Leathers and the girl received a sizable fee; the teen’s father, an attorney, helped negotiate her payment."

Lots more interesting info in this article.

Who's lying...Huma Abedin or Comey?!

"Source: Huma Abedin "surprised" about emails on Anthony Weiner's computer"

"...CBS News has learned that Huma Abedin, a top Clinton aide and longtime confidant, says she has no knowledge of any of her emails being on the electronic device belonging to her estranged husband, disgraced ex-congressman Anthony Weiner.
A source familiar with the investigation told CBS News that the computer where FBI investigators found the latest trove of emails belonged to Weiner, not Abedin. The two separated earlier this year, following news of Weiner’s continued sexting practices."

So, according to Comey today, Abedin sent thousands of Clinton emails to her estranged husband's laptop so she could "print them out".

She didn't have a printer available at campaign headquarters nor her own personal laptop?!!? Really?
