Men and women are asked "what do you do to prevent sexual assault?"....the answer(s) are startling!

1. Painting the accused as the victim
(Gaslighting 101)
2. Claiming that if you know women you haven't assaulted, you must not have ever assaulted women
(What?)
3. Positioning the reputation of the accused as far more important than the suffering of the survivor
(Women should shut up or they might ruin the reputation of their attacker, who has so many more rungs in his career to climb! Um, ok?)
3. Shaming survivors
(Watch what the Senators said on Fox News.)
4. Using survivors fear of coming forward as evidence they are a pawn or puppet in a political conspiracy
(Undermining and inexcusable)
5. Conflating speaking up with a lack of civility
(Adept gaslighting tactic, but America is catching on)
6. Hiding behind love of God as a shield from any accusation
(Beyond shameful)
7. Using your daughter as proof you're a good guy
(See #2)
8. Throwing a tantrum, or tantrums
(Thanks for being such great role model for our sons Judge Kavanaugh. Thankfully, my 15 year old son thought your behavior was embarrassing and "really immature". Smart kid. He also thinks someone who is clearly lying would never get confirmed to the highest court in the land. Perhaps a bit naive.)
9. Interrupting Democratic Senators, especially women. (When people show you who they are, as Dr. Angelou said, believe them. We believe you, Judge. You don't respect women. No need to hit us over the head with it.)
10. Back to #1. Rinse. Repeat.
(The best marketing is putting out the truth, vigorously. This nefarious and disingenuous house of cards is crumbling.)
And with that, I'm stepping away from this outrageous display of privilege run amok and going back to my job, which at the moment includes volunteering and aiding my local candidates run for office. Major canvass tomorrow.....
November is coming.
