How long before the new SCOTUS interprets the 13th Amendment out of existence?

They can do that, you know. They can just say that it means something other than what it actually says. How long before we see slavery in the country again, especially if Trump wins? Six months? A year?

Too bad we can't get a 2/3 majority in the Senate this election...

Wouldn't it be a hoot if, in January, after the new Congress convenes, we started impeachment hearings on Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barrett?
