RhodeIslandOne's JournalWhat the Hell Happened to Hugh Hewitt?
https://www.thedailybeast.com/what-the-hell-happened-to-hugh-hewitt?ref=scrollHes lost his f*cking mind, a senior MSNBC colleague told The Daily Beast, lamenting how the conservative intellectual has morphed into a Lou Dobbs-like booster of the president.
When Hillary Clintons campaign in 2016 wanted to reach conservative voters, they decided there was only one person in right-leaning media whod give them a fair shake: Hugh Hewitt.
According to multiple sources, the Clinton campaign considered playing ball with Hewitts radio program because advisers viewed him to be an even-keeled, serious-minded conservative pundit who could have a civilized, intellectual, and issues-focused discussion with the former secretary of state. She eventually appeared on the show in 2017.
Nearly three years later, however, the likelihood that any top 2020 Democratic presidential candidate would even consider an appearance on Hewitts show is closer to zero.
Since President Donald Trump took office, it seems, Hewitt has undergone a dramatic political shift mirroring the path of the Republican Partyone that has become increasingly about fealty to the president, above all other valuesleaving some of the radio hosts friends dumbfounded.

Tulsi Gabbard is beneath the level of a Democratic Presidential Candidate
I assume shes attempting to corner the market on Democrats who think Trump is treated unfairly.
Either way, she has been disqualified from further consideration as a candidate by any rational person. So long, Tulsi.
Reality show star Todd Chrisley Indicted For Tax Evasion ... Says He's Innocent
https://www.tmz.com/2019/08/13/todd-chrisley-indicted-tax-evasion-fraud-claims-innocent/Todd and Julie Chrisley are now under federal indictment for tax evasion and fraud, but the reality stars say they knew the charges were coming and insist they did nothing wrong.
A federal grand jury in Atlanta indicted Todd and Julie Tuesday on multiple counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud and tax evasion. The couple's accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also indicted on tax-related offenses.
The U.S. Attorney's Office claims Todd and Julie defrauded banks by fraudulently obtaining millions of dollars in loans, and also claims the couple cheated taxpayers by actively evading federal taxes on the money they earned.
According to prosecutors, Todd and Julie ran the scheme from 2007 through 2012, allegedly fabricating documents and providing false information to banks when applying for and receiving millions of dollars in loans ... which they allegedly used to fund their lavish lifestyle.
The show has one joke, and it's a 500 pound elephant in the room no one will address.
Anyway, their lifestyle is obscene.
