So Trump just said that any wall he wants built can be breached.
Can't this be used against his administration if it ends up in court?
There is no way I would go to Texas for the government
to tell ranchers that we were taking their land.
The only way the government would get any of the money is
if the trade agreement actually gives businesses and people some type of profits, but even then the government would only get the taxes that corporations and people would pay on that extra money. And how would we or the government know how much of that money is because of the trade agreement. I am going to stop there. My head is ready to explode.
After reading maybe 20% of thge posts I fast forward to the end.
I believe in the 1st Amendment, but when we get this many posts about Whoopi, I worry about 2020.
I can not agree that we don't need a wall because we have not had one for 240 years.
That said, we don't need a wall. The number of illegal immigrants in the US has been decreasing for at least 5 years. Most illegal immigrants enter the US legally in visas and then stay here. That is, more illegal immigrants are leaving the US than are entering. Per capita, illegal immigrants commit fewer felonies than citizens. The US border with Mexico is about 2,000 miles. The US borders totally, land and sea, are about 20,000 miles. Drugs do come in from Mexico. Most of them come in through legal entry ports. More come in by plane. More even by boat. Only 25% of shipments are caught and that is only what we know of. What we do not know of is how much more comes in by boat. Trump told us why he wants the wall built. He said he would be embarrassed if the wall was not built. I have heard some pretty lame reasons for doing something and that is way at the top.

We have the militia mentioned in 2 separate parts of the Constitution. How does one reconcile them. I didn't say anything about a new amendment to abolish either of them. What is un-American about trying to see if these two mentions in the Constitution have anything to do with one another. If not, okay, if yes, how do they coexist. I will admit that I could have worded my original post better. Basically I wanted to know whether or not this has been brought up in any cases before The Supreme Court.
Doesn't he know that most forest management in California
is done by the federal government? Looks like he will be in another law suit.
Isn't there a way to get around the 2nd Amendment?
I was thinking that The Constitution, Article 1 section 8 could be used if it hasn't already been tried.
I am not a Christian.
I do try to follow Matthew 25: 35-39. Even in the Tanakn there are some good laws to follow.
