If you work days, then you get an extra hour of daylight when you get off. If you aren't working, your days have just the same amount of sunlight whether or not there is DST.
Growing up in Boston there was a 2 mile rule.
Under 2 miles to school and you walked. Even in kindergarten I had to walk to school even in the Winter. That was a long 80'. In Broward Florida, I don't know if it is a county of state law, that from your house to the school there had to be a 36" unobstructed sidewalk for you to walk to school no matter how close you lived to the school.
My wife and I were eating breakfast in a restaurant in South Florida,
when a man came up to us and told me that I looked exactly like Colin Powell. I thanked him because I thought Colin was a good looking man. When he walked away, my wife said but Colin isn't White. I was a little tanned.
I am all for trying,
but I think at this point it is pretty useless since the majority people won't do anything about it. I mean we won't go extinct from global climate change, there will be enough small villages to start over.
Except for trying to find something on Clinton,
what can they possibly find on her and Uranium One? Yes, she did give her okay along with many others in the cabinet and other department heads, but it didn't mean anything. Every one of them could have said no, but Obama was the only person making the decision. After investigating her 8 time, the Republican Senate could not find anything. If they had, they would have acted on it.
Our son is a general contractor.
He has one employee and subcontracts out work they need others to do. He hires only the best. If it were possible, he could work 24/7. Our great grandson, not his grandson, lives with my wife and me. He says he wants to get into a trade like plumbing. That is fine with us. A good trades person can make a very good living.
Carter may be the only one Kim would trust.
Unfortunately, Kim knows that Trump would not accept any deal they made. Maybe with a Democrat in the WH they could meet by teleconference and work something out. I am not afraid that Kim will start a war. but it would be good if we could help his people.
I am really surprised or maybe I am not.
Except for the people I find posting here, most people do not understand that once a person is on American soil, The Constitution gives them all the protection that any citizen has. That is why we have immigration courts.
If they try to live by the teachings of Jesus then they are Christians.
Matthew 25: 35-40 is a good start. Otherwise, how can they be Christians.
