Do you think progressives would be more receptive to prostitution legalization if the issue is framed as respecting an adult's decision to control his/her own body? Forced labor/slavery would still be criminalized just like it currently is in every other line of work.
Is it fair to associate "Johns" as "human/sex traffickers"?
For example, society doesn't associate illegal drug users with drug trafficking.
I'm just looking for opinions, not trying to undermine the issue of human trafficking.
Prediction: Mueller's full report won't be available to the public for decades.
I believe the findings will be so disturbing, so damaging to the country, that the AG won't release the entire report to the public. And, I think future administrations will also keep the full report hidden.
Instead, the public will get a massively redacted version of the report.
Bad news for California's High Speed Rail project.
It looks like Gov. Newsom is pulling the plug on the project. I am very disappointed...close to depressed about the current situation.
