Refuting lies is fine but it's playing defense.
Where the hell is the offence? Something like:
President Trump hopes his propaganda campaign of disinformation will divert public attention from his treasonous Russian connection and other crimes.
Maybe not that exactly but something bold, something on the offense, something more than "No, that's not true."
Reject Trump's "final solution" for illegal immigrants
If someone isn't smart enough to realize that inadequate health care coverage, the danger of a psycho with an automatic weapon, crumbling social services, and antiquated infrastructure are more of a danger to their welfare than immigrants coming in search of a better life . . . then they aren't smart enough.

Specifically, what if some Dem senators abstained on an impeachment vote, forcing Repub senators to pick up the slack?
