About Scott Perry's Phone

So when the FBI seized Perry's phone it made a forensic copy. Perry appealed the seizure so the FBI gave the data back to Perry. Now that the court has ruled that Perry has to give back 1,700 texts, what happens to Perry when he refuses?

Congressional Magats do have immunity, right?

Scott Perry's Phone Is Unsealed, Halleluia

Better late than never, after a year of being held up in the court, 1,700 messages are being released to DOJ, 400 are being held back because of the Congressional speech and debate clause.

I have said that when Perry is indicted I will change my tune about Congressional Magats having immunity.

I still am not betting on it, but his phone records should contain a lot of damaging evidence implicating a lot of people, looking at Jeffrey Clark, so will Fani Willis.

The Robert's Court Is Supposed To Be Originalist

In other words, words matter, what did our framers intend?

Another way of looking at this, how would the Robert’s court rule if Obama were president?

There is no mention about Trump having to be indicted or convicted of insurrection.

Colorado Justices Cited Justice Gorsuch

In the majority opinion the justices cited a Gorsuch opinion when he was a judge in Colorado. Gorsuch opined that the state of Colorado has the right to decide who gets on the ballot.

STATES RIGHTS

Just watch Gorsuch’s hypocrisy.

Merrick Garland Plays Pontius Pilate

DOJ had all of the evidence about Hunter Biden's crimes. Hunter committed tax fraud while in the throes of drug addiction. Hunter lied on his form to buy a gun. DOJ knew all of that and there was a plea deal all ready to go forward until the Magat masses shouted out "crucify him, crucify him."

About that tax fraud:

How common are cases like this? Criminal tax cases generally are very rare, said Beverly Moran, a tax law expert at Vanderbilt University. The average American has almost as good a chance of winning the lottery as being criminally prosecuted for tax fraud, she said, based on 2021 data from the Internal Revenue Service.

But the crowd screamed all the louder, "crucify him, crucify him." So Merrick Garland washes his hands and defers to the Magat crowd and appoints a special counsel to investigate the evidence that was already investigated.

And so, even though cases of prosecution for tax fraud, when the fraudster pays all of the back taxes he owes, is extremely rare, Hunter Biden is awaiting his punishment. In the spirit of not being partisan, Merrick Garland didn't indict Hunter Biden, the special counsel did.

In the spirit of not being partisan, waiting for Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate James Comer's shell company which sure looks like it was formed to commit tax fraud, not to mention to hide financial disclosure of his income to Congress.

Waiting............

If The House Sends A Criminal Referral For Hunter Biden

The House is threatening to send a criminal referral to DOJ for Hunter Biden defying a Congressional subpoena, should DOJ indict Hunter Biden? He did offer to testify at a public hearing.

DOJ doesn't have to act on Congressional subpoenas for individuals who defied subpoenas, it shit canned the J6 criminal referrals for Mark Meadows and Dan Scavino.

We shall see.

Why Do We Treat Republicans With Kid Gloves

We say they are projecting, we say they are gas lighting, we say that they are living in an alternate reality.

Occam's Razor - Republicans are fucking liars.

I live among them so I gave up treating them with kid gloves a long time ago, when they tell me a bunch of bs, I just tell them, that's a lie. No debate, I just say it's a lie, debunked, disproven, not factual. I found that strategy much more effective.

FBI To Search Mark Meadows Home

Donald Trump said Meadows had the missing classified binder, Cassidy Hutchinson said she saw Meadows with the binder in his limo, all good reasons to do a search.

Wait, what, Meadows is a Republican, cancel what I said, no FBI search. No special counsel to investigate Meadows, same reason.

About Bidenomics

Remember this, President Biden restored our economy with Jerome Powell keeping interest rates high. After inflation leveled off, usually, the fed will stop raising rates after a quarter or 2, Jerome waited a year. Now Powell is going to have to start lowering rates next year and when he does, Katie bar the door, we are going to have super duper job growth. Also remember that when Powell raised rates it caused our debt to grow faster.

The outlook for 2024 is for a continued slow economic growth, which is perfect for a sitting president.

The only fly in the ointment will be Russia and Saudi Arabia doing everything they can to raise the price of oil and gas.
Donald Trump facilitated the Saudi takeover of our country's largest refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. Look for that refinery to temporarily shut down next fall right before the election.

Keep checking your 401k's folks, the market is going to keep setting new highs.

Thank you for Bidenomics President Biden.

DOJ Should Have Been Involved In The Stolen Documents From The Beginning

NARA doesn't have the resources, clout, or manpower that DOJ has, DOJ should have taken on the investigation from the beginning.
Too much time was lost:

This is a timeline compiled by CNN:

Here's a timeline of the key moments from the investigation:

May 2021: An official from NARA contacts Trump's team after realizing that several important documents weren't handed over before Trump left the White House. In hopes of locating the missing items, NARA lawyer Gary Stern reaches out to someone who served in the White House counsel's office under Trump who was the point of contact for record-keeping matters. The missing documents include some of Trump's correspondence with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, as well as the map of Hurricane Dorian that Trump infamously altered with a Sharpie pen.
Fall 2021: NARA grows frustrated with the slow pace of document turnover after several months of conversations with the Trump team. Stern reaches out to another Trump attorney to intervene. The archivist asks about several boxes of records that were apparently taken to Mar-a-Lago during Trump's relocation to Florida. NARA still doesn't receive the White House documents they are searching for.
January 2022: After months of discussions with Trump's team, NARA retrieves 15 boxes of Trump White House records from Mar-a-Lago. NARA says in a statement that some of the records it received at the end of Trump's administration were "torn up by former President Trump," and that White House officials had to tape them back together. Not all the torn-up documents were reconstructed, NARA says.
Feb. 9, 2022: News outlets, including CNN, report that NARA asked the Justice Department to investigate Trump's handling of White House records and whether he violated the Presidential Records Act and other laws related to classified information. The Presidential Records Act requires all records created by a sitting president to be turned over to the National Archives at the end of their administration.
Feb. 18, 2022: NARA informs the Justice Department that some of the documents retrieved from Mar-a-Lago included classified material. NARA also tells the department that, despite being warned it was illegal, Trump tore up documents while he was president, and that senior officials in the Trump administration did not properly preserve their social media messages, draft tweets and deleted tweets.
April and May 2022: On April 7, NARA publicly acknowledges for the first time that the Justice Department is involved, and news outlets report that prosecutors have launched a criminal probe into Trump's mishandling of classified documents. Around this time, FBI agents quietly interview Trump aides at Mar-a-Lago about the handling of presidential records as part of their widening investigation.
May 12, 2022: News outlets report that investigators subpoenaed NARA for access to the classified documents retrieved from Mar-a-Lago. The subpoena, which is part of the process to allow investigators to take possession of the documents from the NARA, is the first public indication of the Justice Department using a grand jury in its investigation.
June 3, 2022: Four investigators, including a top Justice Department counterintelligence official, visit Mar-a-Lago seeking more information about classified material that had been taken to Florida. The four investigators meet with two of Trump's attorneys, Christina Bobb and Evan Corcoran, and look around the basement room where the documents are being stored. Trump briefly stops by the meeting to say hello to the officials, but he does not answer any questions.
June 8, 2022: Trump's attorneys receive a letter from federal investigators, asking them to further secure the room where documents are being stored. In response, Trump aides add a padlock to the room in the basement of Mar-a-Lago.
August 8, 2022: The FBI executes a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago — a major escalation of the classified documents investigation. The search focused on the area of the club where Trump's offices and personal quarters are located. Federal agents remove boxes of material from the property. The search was the first time in American history that a former president's home was searched as part of a criminal investigation.
