It is still.
It met with death

gradually, so
barely noticeably.

Fading finally
out of its necessary,
right now existence,
there was no one
to be left behind.

There was no one
left to touch this grief.
We are alone, we have
no one, you know, to
share deep mourning with.

Velvet blackness cloaks
the funeral night, night,
which grieves starless.

I already posted how Trump is slowing down mail: former post was

From my health insurance company I received a bubble wrapped pink envelope. In it was a lab test and collection kit. This arrived end of july. I followed the instructions and mailed it back on August 3rd.Today, 8/14, of which I received a message on my answering machine that if I hadn't received the kit to call or if I did to please return the completed test. The postpaid return envelope in red letters said "TIME-SENSITIVE" Obviously the lab test just "mysteriously disappeared". Hope Trump rots in hell.
