Just think what kind of "herd immunity" we could build up if everyone just wore a mask for one year.

What annual infections would we be killing off? How much healthier would we all be? How much would production increase and lower costs and expenses for time off for illness? What other infections might we kill off in addition to COVID-19?

We don't like big Pharma for their price gouging but how much would they be harmed if we all were much healthier? We could force them to lower prices or go out of business with our healthiness.

We could clean up some of pollution of our waterways with less use of drugs and prescriptions for infections.
Maybe no need for more vaccines for childhood diseases that anti-vaxxers hate?

But what would the toll be on our economy if Pharma and physicians lost all that revenue from a healthier society?

I usually have at least 6-8 weeks of very bad colds and sinus infections every year. Last year none!
I will continue to wear my mask for several reasons:

I am used to it
It has protected me from very bad sinus and cold infections
I feel safer
I know too many people who refuse to get the vaccine.
When school fully opens I will be around several children who will bring home all the school germs as in the past.

I am free to wear it. To those who cried wearing a mask is taking away their freedoms, wearing my mask is my freedom.

Every time the Palestinians respond to some vicious attack by Israel, the get blamed for starting a conflict. Grabbing peoples' land, cutting off needed medical supplies and deny work and a means of support is all excused in the name of evangelical warped history. The Palestinians did not cause, participate, or deny they holocaust. Yet they are paying the penalties that Germany earned.

I thought there might have been some kind of oil spill until I drove by the neighborhood gas station. There it was...long line of the affluent greedy topping off their gas tanks at $3.29 for reg./cash and $3.89 for medium grade/cash. I don't know what the credit card costs were.

They are filling their tanks to the brim and many are spilling over onto their huge trucks and luxury cars.
