His seat was not an easy win. I have a sinking feeling we will pay for this in many ways. Of course, the loss of arguably our best senator is mammoth. I also worry that his seat will end up with a Republican win. I could not bear to watch his last speech. The lack of due process and the rush to judgement led by the pile on of his fellow Democrats led by Gillibrand was brutal to witness.
Heartsick over this.
