13. It'll get more tense,

then worse for a period of maybe a few days to a week. The executive branch has serious powers. Yet Trump is (obviously!) abusing those powers. In mid-December, I said I anticipate something big, and very positive, towards the end of February. I still do.

It's terrible that Trump & Co are being as destructive as they are. They are inflicting damage to various systems -- most of which already have had some problems over the years, as all bureaucracies do -- and their goal is a revolutionary presidency, without any restraints. But abuses of power catch up with crooks.

The one thing our system of government requires now is a more active citizenry. I wish we saw a bit more of that here in the DU community.
