with "The White House" - meaning Obama...the black guy.

“We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage, and he feels that the special relationship is special,” the adviser said of Mr Romney, adding: “The White House didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have”.

If they hadn't made that comparison I wouldn't be calling them racist.

They're trying to point out Obama is somehow different than most Americans. They've been doing this all along a lot more subtle than now with this racist crap from an anonymous adviser.

If you don't think it's racist then answer my question: How does the ethnic heritage of Romney give him any more understanding of our "special relationship" with Britain than the ethnic heritage of Obama? That was the comparison and IMO it IS racist.
