of Victoria, Lavaca, DeWitt, etc, are tied with a democratic Nueces County, which is Corpus Christi and heavily Hispanic. Yet their representative is douchebag Farenthold. Part of the district around Austin includes a narrow section that snakes down to San Antonio, no doubt to lump as many Democrats together in a district that would obviously vote Democratic. It has some messy, gerrymandered sections.
