he has learned that actions have consequences, that is all he knows.

I call media, I lie to them about my wealth, they NEVER confirm it and write that I am one of the richest people alive - so I call them often and lie to them about this and other things, like women all want to sleep with me because I have a big member (so he lies about that too.)

He LEARNED that, yes. Cant be completely dumb, but this is the extent of his intellectual capabilities and it is clear whenever you see or hear him.

He has a very small vocabulary, like an early teen, because he does not know very many words.

When he stumbles into reading something you can tell he NEVER reads by the way he reads.

I did a thread once where I was willing to put up cash money where I would ask him 5 BASIC business questions and I would bet he would not know the answer to more than one of the 5 and these would be the kind of questions a shoe repair store owner would know,. i.e. the smallest of the small businesspersons.
