7. Yep. We should be reminding each other of that every day.

Multiple times a day. Why can’t WE repeat and repeat and repeat? That so-‘n’-so in the White House does nothing but repeat-repeat-repeat and he does get the message delivered.

I wish ALL our people with any platform from which to expound would embrace that repeat-repeat-repeat messaging technique. The other guys do it almost reflexively, individually and as media-manipulation gangs and groupspeakers. We’ve gotta respond! In kind! We can’t afford to keep bringing feather dusters to knife fights.

That’s what trump is trying to do: manage perception within his base. He repeats-repeats-repeats to DRIVE IT IN, and KEEP driving it in. And he understands they’ll take the bait. And they’re great civilian delivery systems. Because they’re noisy. They don’t let themselves be ignored. They’re fully aggrieved and resentful on so many levels and on so many subjects, AND better yet, they can be counted onto show up at the polls and VOTE. He’s doing everything he can to push that small but disproportionately loud base to make a lopsided stink about it and manipulate the way all its representatives in government respond, and react.
