Probably agreed upon that summer between Mitch & Trump anticipating all the griftable $ that would flow through Trumps Privatized
Infrastructure Plan. Also to secure Mitch's continued protections. So the Chao announcement was ready to go right afer rump won.

But we also know that Mitch funneled millions from Putin's Oligarch Web (Blavnick,Derepaska, Veselberg) through his RSCC & GOP PAc to himself, Rubio,McCain (two Senators Trump needed to win over) and Scott Walker ,John Kaisich (two Rep Govs in "purple" states Repugs needed the results to count for Trump)

This tape is great. Shows Mitch very much in Trump Tower on a day we know that Trump & the Putin's Oligarch viper(s) were scheming with Trump. And what time did McConnell arrive...how come no camera of that? Did Mitch enter secretly then feel after the meeting that the TrumpTreason Program was so safe from detection that he was safe to waltz out the front door?

Hubris is a bitch, Mitch.
