28. Nah, Trump is the perfect human being, so he has a perfectly healthy wife.

Think of a Stepford wife who is always perfectly groomed and attired, always picture perfect, that's what Trump wants. He can never admit that she might have any health problems because then the public would expect him to act like any normal man who loves his wife and would be so concerned about her health that he would be at her side rather than golfing and posing for superfluous photo ops.

Since Trump is incapable of compassion and his acting skills are about as believable as his efforts to govern, the woman will be dead and buried before Trump tweets she was ill... so sad.
