But it really isn't the business of the insurance company to know if you pay a share of the premium. That is the company's policy. And so the insurance company can only send the rebate to the company. I am sure that many companies will reimburse the employee for any rebate they receive. I am equally sure that all companies won't. Mine would not....I am positive. Well, unless they HAD to do it or go to jail. But who will know???? I am just saying that it is a possibility.
