not just U.S. and Mexican aid groups. The parents and/or close relatives may have been already been sent back to the quagmires they sought to escape without the children.

This way, the governments themselves can at least be encouraged (it makes for good optics) to allow a few satellite DNA sampling sites to help track down those who have already been deported and streamline the process on that end - and make it more affordable to manage.
Hopefully, there will be privacy safeguards locked into the system, but it's the least that can be done at this point.
