The constitution is real and powerful, so there will be constraints on what they can accomplish, at least initially.

Also, fwiw, interests can overlap. For instance when Kavanaugh made a liberal decision on a case it turned out on further scrutiny that that happened to coincide with the interests of...business, wealth or government. Forgot the details right now, but...
