So Americans question everything when the truth comes out.

Us Ds will never convince 1/3 of country, so write them off. One third is sane and can view things objectively. I'm praying the sensible "middle" third can see through this desperate push and brush it off as a craven political stunt, not gaining any traction in public discourse.
