It seems to me that from this release Cohen mentions a #2 as well as briefing #1's family members. Either way, Jr is on the hook for lying to Congress and we should be hearing more about this in 3....2.....

On edit: it appears that Felix Sater is #2 and Jr is #1's family member he spoke with
