Obama using it is that it was *Obama* using it.
Now that he's been POTUS though, "Donald," "The Donald," "Donald Trump," and "Mr. Trump" are all inadequate to satiate his ravenous ego.
With that in mind, I'd love to see all of our allies refer to him as "Donald" in conversation.
