"Please Come Home for Christmas." Don Henley did a cover version of it too, but he didn't change a thing as the song is just perfect as it is.
I don't know how to post songs/videos to DU, but you can google either one of them. VERY blues-y.

I like Dan Hicks' cover of Carol of the Bells. Nothing says Christmas better than scat and yodeling
