...classic republican point of view on what they call handouts. They're not handouts when I get them because, well, "I need them".

This guy (at 1:00 minute mark) is the archetype of captures this attitude perfectly in 10 seconds. From Alexandra Pelosi video aired on Bill Maher in 2012.
