The state depends on the tourist industry to keep itself funded. If they go wacky right wing on abortion and gay rights, people will stop going there.

Honestly, Florida is a shithole. I have to travel there for work and the place just sucks. The weather in nice in the winter. But it's unlivable there in the summer. The people are rude because they hate tourist but love their money.

I'd rather deal with cold weather than the right wing freaks that live down there.
