Him speaking on the 5th will give her and the Dems time to firm up contingency moves.

Even emergency declarations have to be approved by Congress, and then there are the courts.

trump and his inexperience crew thing he can just declare it and then do what he wants.

It doesn't work that way.

Declaring a national emergency will backfire on trump even more than the shutdown did.
