Of course the world would be different if women were in positions of leadership all across the world. Women, and I say this with no intent to lump all women together, have a fundamentally different worldview than men do. Again, not all women are the same and not all men are the same, but the reality is that women have socialized, pretty much across all cultures to have a view that is less aggressive and more cooperative. Not to say that women hold one mindset. There are conservatives, liberals, libertarians, socialists, etc... the thing is that women resolve problems in a fundamentally different way than men do and are more likely to work together for mutual benefit than men who often try to out compete each other.
