any ire at the content of the broadcasts must be directed at 1) the network in general, 2) the network executives, and 3) the show producers... and only later 4) & 5) at the hosts & the talking-head guests who said the thing you object to...

I recommend stopping watching CNN and MSNBC, as well as contacting them to let them know why you have stopped watching.
