He'll not cede one inch to Congress. He'll just blatantly lie and deny, and there will be no consequences.

The President Asshole Administration's bullying is exposing the glaring weakness in the Constitution: it's all based on the Honor System.

They're daring Congress to prove they can do something about it. So far, the results appear to be: if they can, it will take a lot of time, and the courts might be stacked.
