12. If we get the Senate, this is doable. I think we should go for it. We could pass a bill....

and IMPLEMENT it in pieces, like the ACA was done. It doesn't have to be done all at once, which might end up hurting millions of people instead of helping. But the program should be passed, and then an implementation plan done separately.

The system we have is ridiculous and ridiculously unfair to Americans. If we get the executive and legislative branches, there's no telling when we'll have another opportunity.
