That will get you to any senator. Congress members are different. I made over 400 calls between 2017-2018 and it was easy.

You can call ANY member even if you are not a constituent. I get local addresses from Zillow homes for sale on Google and I can do it and make a call in under 4 minutes. Any phone number you give the staffer is OK since cell phones can be based all over the country these days. It works...I have mostly called GOP reps since mine are all blue Dems. A relative worked the phones for my rep in DC and she verified that they do give your input to the rep you called.
