We all have those. As a buddhist, I do believe we can control our emotions and our actions, but we are not perfect and we do make mistakes. The only advise I would give is maybe try to be aware and recognize when you are feeling frustrated or angry. When someone provokes you, take a deep breath and wait a few seconds before responding that way you say exactly what you mean to say. but don't beat yourself up over it. You can't go back in time and change what happened in this particular instance, but you can do something about how you react in future circumstances.
