are ever arrested an plead guilty?

Not to mention that racially motivated actions can include calling the police on people who committed crimes - but only (or predominantly) people of color.

As I said - I'm not going from news reports or quotes in the paper. I know the dynamics in that town, and people on both sides of the issue. I'm confident there's plenty of blame to go around.
