George W. Bush's supporters were not so enamored of him that his name was waved about on banners as an everyday expression of loyalty.

Those damn "W" stickers were EVERYWHERE around here.

But I do agree, there is an eerie kind of adoration going on here.

With Obama, it was more admiration.
