2. Oh come on! If I was an officer responding to a mass shooting, I would put on everything I had.

I'd want to get home to my family after the situation was taken care of.
All officers from all departments, respond to shootings like this. Sheriff, local, state patrol, etc.
Would you feel better if they showed up in shorts and flip flops?
