Wants the powers that be to turn against her.

I believe I heard a snip of her saying how disappointed she was that he's not coming. I hope she's not going to be forced to apologize. That would be horrible.
I heard the prime minister of Greenland say she is very disappointed as she is just dying to work with the US and Trump..

Ugh. He will turn their country into a living exploited nightmare (coal and oil) they will rue the day they ever let us in.
