Here, I'm assuming it was on Florida's dime that he makes a timely opportunity for a safe and cozy tour by air to "check out" the devastation of the island nation that sits 50-80 miles off Florida's coastline?

Like folks viewing NASCAR races for the wrecks, was he hoping to see scores of dead bodies and floating shark bait--relish the sight of the debris of homes, schools, hospitals, the landscape that overspread the island and its people? Why look if you have no inclination to make any gesture toward some sort of State assistance and lobby the Feds to aid in any number of humanitarian issues facing those poor people.

If it was a "personal" tour, he needs to be personally billed for the costs associated with that flight over the apocalypse of Hurricane Dorian on the Bahamas. Curiosity needs to kill a predatory cat by consequence! Heartless, ghoulish voyeur is what he is!
