12. I only learn when I have to change a position. And that happens frequently and I'm glad about it.

My initial perceptions are frequently wrong. I work with many groups of people that have various life challenges. To judge them up front is to mis-judge.

And these judgements can and should be changed as situations change.

Only the rigid demagogues and idiots stay true to whatever they believe in.

Learn and grow.

Stagnate and die.
