Pepsidog cited a few common names of people like this. They may or may not be self-labeling as (R)s. They may be capitalists, socialists, communists, libertarians, pastafarians. These are just labels.

The Kochs, Mercers, Murdochs, Bushes, etc. just want bigger slices of the pie.

They know that their good luck will run out and it's best to build some nice huge gated gardens so the good times can roll while the rest of the world rots - because of them.
