WE WERE NOT BLINDSIDED!

The CDC, NIH and WHO has been saying a pandemic was coming and nobody was adequately prepared. But preparation costs money, and doesn't necessarily pay off right away. Whether it's climate change, crumbling bridges and dams or a pandemic, or solution is to fix it after it happens, not to try to keep it from happening in the first place, all because were need to fight more wars and give more tax cuts to the wealthy. The wealthy line their pockets and people die.
