that you submit it as an open letter to newspapers, starting with the Denver Post; otherwise, the best you can hope for is one of his boilerplate responses in a month or two. Gardner's greatest "ability" is ignoring his constituents, using his staffers as filters (aka: barricades) to any correspondence. Making your letter public would render that tactic moot.
